Wow...tough choice. Both are gleefully over the top, with Midnight Meat Train being quite possibly the bloodiest movie ever, while Dr Giggles is just a plain, fun, althewhile insane movie, too. I'm giving it to Dr Giggles for being a straight up fun ride.
