Interesting match up! Totally different movies but with some core themes (AI, romance) in common! Screamers is much more flawed but more unique and interesting (to me) and probably just more my kind of movie. I guess I prefer the extremely atmospheric dystopian setting of Screamers to the surprisingly dated hipster-future of Her. And I could not relate to Her's mopey, pathetic protagonist, who I found annoying. That said, it is still a good movie, just overrated IMO.
