Retroactive has James Belushi as a psycho caught in a time loop. Shannon Whirry plays his wife who keeps getting killed. It's not bad. Ice stars Traci Lords as a woman who kicks ass. Unfortunately, the movie really loses its way toward the end. There's a part where she buys all this weaponry to fight the bad guys, but doesn't end up using any of it. I thought there was going to be a bloodbath. Retroactive keeps up the action better.
